Homely nice basic hotel with well-equipped rooms. Magnificent and fantastic location close enough to all the main sights, the Rialto bridge and StMarks square, 5 minutes walk from San Marco and Rialto, and tourist sites.

Its location was central, just next door to San Bartolomeo Catholic Church. I got to the airport within 20 minutes' drive.

They offer extremely pleasant, budget rooms with single beds, spacious bathroom and the bath.

The hotel was immaculately clean, homey, had very attentive staff at the reception desk. The room itself was well-appointed for open suitcases and had essentials we needed.

The breakfast itself was very simple, can be way much better.

It was a perfect place, had really kind staff on shift. The breakfast with a toaster too and yogurts, as example was very good. The location was great and stunning - ease of access to San Bartolomeo Church.

Hotel overlooked the courtyard and the room was very well decorated and a nice size. I greatly enjoyed the room and its tasteful decor. The venue had exceptionally nice location so close to sightseeing and restaurants and a quiet square near the happening restaurants and 5 minutes walk from San Marco and Rialto. I was surprised at nearby Marmi's Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

Fantastic and amazing location, a few steps away from everywhere. Easy access to Marco Polo airport, within 15 km.

Would recommend this wonderful little and gorgeous hotel in an incredible location on a smaller canal away from the Grand Canal. The property is spotlessly clean, staff are excellent and breakfast is delicious and gorgeous. It offers excellent services. There is parking nearby.

Friendly and welcoming staff, made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Beautiful location with easy access to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's. Clean and pleasant rooms, with free WiFi and a safe. Great value for money, highly recommended.

Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

The hotel is a good value and has a great location. However mosquitos were bad and there was nothing done. The staff were helpful and nice but did not seem to communicate to each other - I had an issue over the booking of a water taxi to the airport - asked one person at the desk who assured me he would take care of this but later on when I asked a different desk person they had no clue if it had been done and scared me when he doubted I could get one for the early hour I needed - which he didn't quite seem to believe. Lastly there is no elevator so I was left to haul my suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. I can do it, but assistance wasn't even offered. I have to wonder if help is offered to others to might appear less capable? Oh and please get real towels- what you have seem more like tablecloths and are about as absorbent :( Despite these things the hotel is clean, serves a nice small breakfast with delicious croissants marmalata and has a fantastic location mere minutes from the Rialto Bridge. So I might stay again, but bring a can of Deepwoods Off and my own towel.
